Willsflower is bringing forward proposals to redevelop two underutilised brownfield sites at Albert Street and Windsor Road, delivering new homes, active ground-floor uses and enhanced public spaces at a key southern gateway to Slough town centre.
The proposals seek to provide 177 high-quality homes while improving the surrounding streetscape, strengthening pedestrian connections and contributing positively to the wider regeneration of the area.
The design approach responds carefully to local context, scale and materiality, while embedding sustainable principles and long-term environmental performance throughout the scheme.
